Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Miami, Florida. Please consult our shipment policy for more details - Whiteout Collective or USPS cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered in the transaction. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our service department firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties? (international customers)
To import your order you might have to pay duties and taxes when shipment reaches your country and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office or get informed by mail when it arrives. Whiteout Collective does not have any influence or is able to accelerate the process.
Whiteout Collective cannot is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. It will vary from country to country, amount, weight and value. Please make sure to get the information before your order or call your local office. Whiteout Collective is not responsible for delays. Unfortunately customs does not inform the recipient about the clearing and it is hold. It is your job to track your package and get in touch with the local office. Of course Whiteout Collective will help you out and will try to locate your package.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you want so refuse a shipment from Whiteout Collective, you are responsible for all shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that have been charged. Additional you also have to cover the cost of returning the package to Whiteout Collective to the address given in the legal information. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10-12 business days. You will be notified via email to the address on your account. Please note that your bank institution/pay pal may require additional days to process/unblock the amount once they have received the information from us. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, ANY IMPORT FEES, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES THAT HAVE BEEN CHARGED. ADDITIONAL YOU ALSO HAVE TO COVER THE COST OF RETURNING THE PACKAGE TO WHITEOUT COLLECTIVE TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE LEGAL INFORMATION. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
